At Shreema Holistics, we stand by the quality of our products. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
No Returns

No Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect choice, or delays in processing. Customers are responsible for confirming their selections at checkout.
Exceptions — Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item you receive is faulty or damaged as a result of our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Shreemaholistics@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will investigate and, where applicable, offer a replacement, repair, or other resolution.
