Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Backorders
Items on backorder require additional processing time. We estimate that backordered products will ship within 8–10 weeks from the order date. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
FREE delivery will be made on all domestic orders unless otherwise specified.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using reliable courier partners such as FedEx and Delhivery International.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Please allow 10–15 business days for international delivery, depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to customs clearance in your country.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 7–8 days (domestic) or 15–20 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at shreemaholistics@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
